Deal with Ira in service as little as possible and you will likely be fine. Do not take any insurance work to them unless you want Ira to explain his way out of fixing anything and putting all responsibilitie on his team instead of himself. I am not one to leave any reviews especially negative ones.

I received prompt and professional service. Service department was familiar with my vehicles issue, had the parts on hand and took care of the problem in a reasonable amount of time. We hit a deer on our way up for hunting weekend and totaled our vehicle - we live 400 miles away. TRF helped us out with a loaner vehicle while they finalized the check over of the truck we wanted to purchase. It wasn't even on the lot yet. They were great to work with and really helped during a pretty rough weekend!
