Neil Huffman Acura Service

We’ve been loyal customers of Oxmoor Acura for over 10 years, regularly bringing in both of our vehicles for service. Until recently, we had always been pleased with the professionalism and quality of work. However, our most recent experience was disappointing. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a diagnostic check. After waiting five hours, I was told the service was complete. But when I returned home, I noticed my oil life indicator was still at 10%, and I checked the level and I was a half quart low on oil — the oil was light colored and appeared it was changed even though it was low on oil and indicator wasn’t reset. Also ,the mechanic noted the cabin filter was extremely dirty and needed to be replaced. I declined the service since I have always changed myself throughout

Be warned. If your car is being repaired here and they damage it further -- they will charge you for the damage. Integrity or accountability are not to be found here. I can not in good faith recommend that you bring your vehicle here. If this is indicative of Acura as a brand, I will not be buying another.

I would give this service center zero stars if it was possible. My experience with them has been nothing but frustrating and inconvenience. I have had my service appointment canceled on me the day of the appointment twice. Only for it not to be able to be rescheduled until three weeks later. I bought a new Acura Integra A Spec from their dealership a year ago. Since the day I bought it the back rear wheels are pointed inwards and have negative camber causing the tires to wear unevenly. I have tried to get this issue resolved multiple times at the dealerships service center only to have my appointment canceled by them and no work done. Kris and the whole gang in the service department are amazing. They are always spot on with diagnosis and repair if needed. They go overboard to make sure you are kept up to date with every procedure being performed on you vehicle. If they don't have the answer, they will find it for you.
