I hired Neil, the mobile mechanic to install my front and rear motor mounts. He wasn’t friendly, and when he said the job was finished, I found he only installed 3 of the 4 front mount bolts. If I had not checked when he was completed, I would've never known as he clearly had no intentions in telling me. When I pointed it out, he acted confused and pushed back when I asked him to find a replacement bolt before I paid him. After checking the car further, I called him many times—he answered a few times saying he was busy and would return after his current job, but he never showed and always had an excuse. Months later, I found a hose dangling in my engine bay. My local mechanic discovered the vacuum line had been cut clean from my rear motor mount. The worst part is once again, Neil did not

Highly recommended, we were out of town when my MIL called us to say that her car wasn’t running right. Called him at 11:15am on a Sunday morning he came right out diagnosed a bad coil pack on her car, gave us options on what needed to be done. Stayed in communication with us the entire time. Did a coil pack and her plugs then had her up and running by 1pm. Very professional and fair priced. Will definitely use again.

I called him broke down on December 26th, after a conversation he was able to diagnose the issue. He called several shops around to find the parts needed. Called me back to confirm the price of parts and turned what could have been a nightmare breakdown into a less than 2 hour repair. I highly recommend!!!! Thank you again!

He came out today to do a vehicle diagnostic on my Nissan Murano sl v6 2010 . He told me that my transmission needed to be replaced.. when it was actually a clogged catalytic converter issue..I have reached out to him pertaining to my refund. For giving me a wrong diagnosis on my vehicle. And he has yet to respond back..And if he thinks that he is going to keep my $75.00 dollars .he has another thing coming. I will be filling a civil dispute on the morning.. because I refuse to allow him to take advantage of me..I could have spent my money elsewhere..with someone who is trustworthy. I will never in my life use his service again..I had to pay an additional $100 dollars for another mechanic to come out. Because I knew it couldn't be my transmission.

Neil replaced the rear main seal on our 2013 Jeep Wrangler. He was professional and extremely affordable. Recommend him for all of your automobile needs. He is also mobile, which is extremely convenient.
