I was in need of a very first car of my own and I came here and they worked with me and gave me a very fair price on a vehicle that was in my budget and a very reliable car, I will definitely be Back once it’s paid off to find another amazing vehicle!! I highly recommend them

If I could give them -5 stars I would, I went to these people in Park Hills before they added their second location in Farmington. I had 2,000 down on a $7,000 car, paid it down to 1200 left and for three months they kept telling me “we are not in the office right now, we are moving to our new location I’ll take your card info and pay that for you.” And at the end of this 3 months they take my car. I work out of state and when I came home to ask if I could pay the rest off in cash they said “no you will have to pay the full listing price of what we have it at, $10,000.” $3,000 more than I originally bought it for. Worst car sales service I have ever had. Would not recommend to anybody. Plus I found out later the car was in a wreck and the front end was damaged. Nelson Auto is a scam.
