Ben was most helpful when I called with several questions on the phone about special circumstances with a family members vehicle. Ben gave me an appointment as soon as possible which was much sooner than expected!! Ben was honest answered All of my questions, never making me feel as though I might be taking up his time. When I arrived , he took the vehicle right away checked all safety points, explained each of them to me and made a couple of recommendations based upon his expertise which made logical sense to me. Cost was more than fair as I was not that familiar with the vehicle and he could have tried to take advantage and did not. I really really appreciate that when so many mechanics out there try to take advantage of women in general, nevertheless an aging woman. Thank you so much
