I wanted to share a personal experience with this shop and meeting Michael! I drove to San Saba from an hour away to pick up something someone was selling I pulled over into Nelson Automotive because I need to strap them down to the bed of the truck and my straps were suck to loosen them! 🤦♀️ I walked up to the shop where a gentleman was asked for help WITH NO HESITATION he said give me a minute and I'll be more then help to help! He came out took his time getting the straps unstuck but we went a different way which was better (thank you so much for your input) I made it safely back to my destination with everything still in the bed of the truck!!! You were definitely an angel in disguise!!! I would get my vehicle worked there if I lived there just by the experience of taking time out to
I did a search for local businesses that did state inspection that was open right at this time and it came up with these people. So I hit the button to call the number that was listed and the owner of the business answered and told me that no they do not do inspections but he was very friendly and very kind and was apologetic that it even listed them as doing inspections because they do not they never have the business that he bought out the tire shop used to but now that he has it it is no longer a service that is provided there. Thank You to the kind gentleman that answered my call.
Went to have a tire looked at but service was refused 40 minutes prior to closing. I grew up in a small town so I was surprised to hear he wouldn't help. Having spent 16 years in the tire world myself I'm even more surprised to be refused while needing assistance.
Highly recommend Michael. He is a great guy and was able to help me with my car needs very quickly.
Good people great prices would recommend to anyone needing any kind of tire work
