I had a pre-purchase inspection performed by Nelson Tire & Automotive, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From my first phone call, Stephen was incredibly professional and transparent about their inspection process. He walked me through every step and was very personable. When the inspection was complete, I received several detailed PDF reports, including a vehicle diagnostic report, a part-by-part condition report, and receipts. The best part was his call afterward, where he gave his overall assessment that the car was in better than average condition for its age and mileage. Finally getting time to give Nelson’s their props. Can’t overstate how professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and still down to earth the crew at Nelson’s was to me. They communicated every step in a tough repair to let me know what was happening, why it was happening, and cost as repair went along. Even gave me options during the process. It’s a tough phone call or text to a customer to let them know more things are needing repair as it went along. They handled it well. 223,896 miles on my 2016 ford fusion. I'm a road warrior. During baseball season, I'm all over the state. I believe Nelson's Tire is the reason my car is still going. I never have to worry my high mileage car isn't going to get me there. I made the mistake over 3 years I've been coming to go to a quick lube a few times and something always happens (my car eats tires). I can generally call and can get an appointment the next day. I always wait and usually within an hour wait for oil change. Tire rotations are free if you buy from them!!!!!! So they rotate every oil change. I've always found their prices to be fair.
