I am consistently impressed by Logan's expertise and dedication; he is the most affable and knowledgeable mechanic I know, and his rates are highly competitive. I exclusively entrust my vehicle's maintenance to him. He recently completed a comprehensive service, including a new Jasper transmission, transmission cooler, upper and lower ball joints, tire rotation, plugs, and wires, all within an impressive 48-hour timeframe. While I rarely provide reviews, his exceptional service warrants recognition. I highly recommend utilizing his services; you will not be disappointed.

The driver's side window in my Ford Escape got stuck open, and Logan was able to get the part and get my car fixed right away. He was kind enough to go in on the weekend to do so, since I am only in the area on weekends. He also was able to check and see why my AC/heat was making scary noises and fixed that as well. This was my second time getting my vehicle repaired at Nelson's, and he did a great, quick job both times! He is able to do a wide range of services, and it is SO nice to have a great mechanic nearby that I know I can trust. I would recommend his shop to anyone who needs help with their vehicle!

Excellent service at Nelson's Auto Clinic! I have been using them for years and as always, they did a fantastic job on my 2015 Toyota Tundra. The team was communicative and provided updates on the progress. The repair was efficient, and the pricing was fair. It's refreshing to find a place that provides such high-quality service and customer care.

One of the best automotive repair experiences we have ever been through. After a month on the road, a/c compressor and clutch failed and needed to be replaced.
