Called in to have work done on my car based on other reviews. They were able to schedule me in the next day. I dropped the car off early in the morning. They had my car ready before my shift ended. Great price for the work that was done. I will definitely be coming back when my car needs service again. Highly recommend.

Love this place! As a single woman, it’s hard to find somewhere honest, but they always treat me right. My family’s been coming here for 20+ years. Nice and clean waiting room, Wifi, and warm. Got a lot of work done while waiting.

I'm from New Jersey, my wife drove my 2012 Chevy Malibu to Long Island and blew the engine. I still had a bank balance on it, so junking it was not a option. I called for advice a price, and was comfortable with the customer service. My last step in this process was to visit the facility in person. This shop is in a area zoned for auto repair shops so it wasn't easy to find at first. They towed my car in, then took care of all the details. I took my MB convertible to mercedes service to get the hard top that wasn't working. They came with a $4k to replace the hydrolic pump. On top of that another $1.5k to replace the pads and rotors. Because I didn't have any warning light on the breaks, I wanted a second opinion. So I took my car to Nelson's, I explained that according to mercedes the pump needs to be replaced... to make this story short, Nelson's team checked the car, find that the problem was electrical and the breaks where fine. The total was $500. I'm automotive repairs, you in the mercy of trust, and now I only trust Nelson's Auto Service, they could have told me the same of the diagnostic of mercedes benz and made a killing, but not, because to be honest is the best service.
