Excellent service! Sean was able to get me in earlier than expected and got my repairs taken care of. I use my truck to make my living and he got it done. I would definitely recommend them. This was the second time I’ve used them and they did an excellent job especially with it being an F450. Not many shops can handle the bigger trucks.

This van is very important to us. It is modified to carry my daughter in her power wheelchair. We cannot afford to have the van brake down when transporting her, and she is stranded at the house when it is not running. Nelson's provided fast service, and excellent repair on a 36 year old wheelchair van. Excellent price, much lower than I expected before I dropped it off. They performed a thorough diagnostic evaluation of the van. As expected with a van of this age, there are other things that need to be addressed. They informed of what is needed and were honest about necessity of the repairs, stating that they would need to be addressed in the future but it was not necessary to perform additional work at this time.
