I took my conversion van in for an oil change and tire rotation and the service is always the best. I can count on them to notify me if they see any other problems with my vehicle so it stays in great working condition. I really love that after the oil change they clean all my windows too!! Customer service is top notch here, had broken manifold bolts on my 2020 Ram 1500 (shocker I know) and they talked through the options with me and even said I didn’t really need to put headers on! I did get headers and a new borla exhaust, they kept in communication with me as I had to leave north for work by the end of the week and the truck was done when they said it would be. And for under the original estimate. Shoutout to Scott for being a trooper and going into work sick! Great team over there, my ram and other vehicles will definitely be back! Can’t say enough good things, thanks for the popcorn!

Great friendly and professional service from start to finish. Scott was able to get Jeff to start diagnosing the issue with our car. While Jeff worked Scott kept us updated throughout the morning on the progress. They got us back on the road after lunch. We were very satisfied with the service provided. Scott and Jeff were great. If we weren’t five hours away Neimnich Automotive would have all of our business.
