I've had other vehicles worked on at Neptune and always have received excellent service work. This is the first time this vehicle, a Toyota Tacoma, was brought in for service. Since it was nearing 30,000 miles and I had been the only person to perform maintenance on it to this point, I felt it was time to place it on a lift with mechanics to review. After discussing with Jeff before the appointment, we agreed a thorough inspection would be best along with checking the sealed transmission fluid and the condition of the spark plugs since the truck is used for many short trips. The work was completed in an efficient manner and I will not hesitate to bring the Tacoma back again. Neptune Auto has experienced mechanics on staff, very trustworthy and does work on all vehicles.

We brought are 1997 Tahoe in for a tune up because of dreaded 0300 code. Told them we already replaced related 02 sensors and spark plugs and wires in the last 6 months. Suggested problem being fuel and not electronic because of advice from kings automotive. So they had our truck for 3 days and tell me the diagnosis is a bad spark plug. (The plug in it was a premium iridium spark plug that is ONLY 5,000 miles old and they can last over 100,000 miles on average.). Neptune told me that they weren’t recommended spark plugs for my vehicle that kings automotive installed. Yes. You heard that right. They are in fact good for the truck which they tried to say aren’t and tried to upsell us 8 brand new PLATINUM spark plugs even after claiming one was bad. Mind you the plugs in it are only 5,000 mil

I travel full time for work. I had a major issue on the way to Pittsburgh and I thought I fixed it. I did not. Their tech who knows about 7.3 PS came out and looked at my truck and told me how to fix the issue and made a couple suggestions to get a head of problem. Didn’t charge me for taking up his time. He was correct about everything!

The ladies were fantastic and a treat to work with, as always. The repair and service was done in a timely and professional manner. I could not ask for better service and I will drive 3.5 hours to come back here for service in the future.

We have taken both of our cars to Neptune and the service is always 10/10. They always explain what the issue is in detail and never push for you to get more work than originally planned but they do let you know what they have found. The ladies at the front desk are overly friendly and helpful. We will be back for any future work, 100%.
