After receiving a quote for nearly $2,000 to replace all the struts in my vehicle, I reached out to Nerd Automotive for a second estimate. Wung--the owner--responded quickly with a significantly lower estimate and offered to fix my vehicle at MY earliest convenience--which was a nice surprise. I took my vehicle in the following week. During the repair day, Wung diligently provided me with pertinent updates, including my vehicle's broken sway bar links. Additionally, he produced the exact cost to have this fixed as to not delay the repairs. Overall, not only was Nerd Automotive an affordable and honest shop, Wung was highly communicative, experienced, and customer-service oriented. He sent timely updates without inundating me with information and explained the repairs to me in a non-technic
