Nettles Towing

I can’t say enough good things about Troy from Nettles Towing. After swerving to avoid a dog that ran into the road, I hit a curb and ended up busting two tires and bending a rim. I was shaken up and frustrated, but the moment my insurance sent the request, Troy called me right away and gave me an accurate ETA. He could tell I was flustered, and instead of rushing the call, he talked me through it and asked if my car was still steering. When I said yes, he assured me that was a good sign, which immediately helped calm me down. Once he arrived, he went above and beyond, he even looked underneath my car to check for additional damage and gave me guidance on what rims to replace and what to expect next. His reassurance and knowledge turned a really stressful night into something manageable.

Mike went the absolute extra mile when towing my Tesla. I was stranded on the side of the road 4 1/2 miles from fort drum service plaza at 12:30 at night. Mike showed up happy and ready to take the job. He made sure me and my girlfriend were comfortable our 1hr 1/2 ride home. His truck was well kept and clean. Even after I had him tow us to an alternative location in fort Pierce to have Tesla come pick up the car, Tesla denied my roadside service request due to my aftermarket wheels on the vehicle. Mike took the time out of his day to come back, and rehook the car and take it all the way back to my house. He is friendly, hardworking, and gives nettles a great name in the towing industry. Had a progressive car pick up and they used this company. They were ontime and their towing equipment is very modern. Our tow truck driver Micheal Cuttler was excellent. He was very conscientious and ensured everything was done exactly the way it should be. He was very personable, and made you feel like your vehicle was being handled by a very professional employee. Would highly recommend this company and even more would highly recommend Micheal Cutler who represents Nettles towing in a way that would make any employer proud.

I had my first experience with this company today and I am very pleased! Michael Cutler was amazing. Very helpful and informative. Heading home to Jville. My car decided it did not want to make the trip so I had to get a tow. Mike Hunt was the driver. He called and gave a pickup time and was there when promised.he explained what he had to do and then we were off to the dealership. He provided info about the area on our way. He was very entertaining, polite and helpful to 2 ladies and dog in our time of need. You need people like Mike. Thanks for the pleasant experience.
