New Again Auto Repair

GREAT experience at New Again Auto Repair! It is a Geico approved location, so I took my car there to have the dents and paint fixed after someone changed lanes into my car. Hector, my contact there, was amazing. He arranged for a tow when my battery wouldn't start on the way to my appointment. He was so attentive and communicative - I didn't have to guess when my car would be ready or how much I'd be paying. My car looked incredible and Hector even steam cleaned my whole engine compartment while changing the battery (no extra charge)!!! If that's not above and beyond I don't know what is. Polite, efficient, thorough service + great communication with all of my questions answered to my satisfaction + extra TLC to my car = a very happy customer!

I had an excellent experience with New Again Auto Repair. They repaired my BMW and truly exceeded my expectations. When I picked it up, it looked absolutely spotless — sparkling clean and honestly felt brand new again. The quality of the repair work was outstanding. They were prompt, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I always knew what was happening and never felt left in the dark. It’s hard to find an auto shop that combines skill, efficiency, and great customer service like this. Highly recommend them if you want your car handled with care and returned in top condition.

I cannot say enough great things about New Again Auto Repair! From the very first phone call to the moment I picked up my vehicle, the entire experience was absolutely exceptional. Their customer service is truly second to none. The team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Their professionalism is outstanding, and it’s clear that they take immense pride in the work they do. What impressed me most was their extraordinary dedication to making sure my experience was the best it could possibly be. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with care and precision. Not only did they restore my car

I first learned about this shop when my insurance recommended them to fix my bumper after I had an accident. And since then, they have become my go-to. They fixed my bumper and headlight to where my car looked like it just came off the assembly line. I asked if they could do the other one so it could match and I was left 100% pleased. They have reasonable prices, far cheaper than other auto shops in the area. The parts they ordered for me got here quick and the work is even quicker. These gentleman are 10/10. They are very nice and will even explain what they are planning on doing to my car if I ask. Not to mention the free snacks they have in the waiting area. The only auto shop that’s better than this one has to be at the pearly gates.

I took my car for body work to New Again Auto Repair right before Thanksgiving 2025. I didn’t know what to expect. The team did a great job on my repair & I am very pleased with the results. The shop lived up to its name. My car looked like new again when I picked it up. I was very pleased with the whole experience from the front office keeping me updated on the job to the final results. I highly recommend that when you body work on your car that you take it to New Again Auto Repair.
