New And Used Tires

I was in DC for the weekend, caught a flat, and found this shop because it was the closest to my location. I needed two tires for my Volvo. The owner said he had one in my size and was waiting on another to be delivered. I never saw anyone pull up to deliver a tire, but I did see him grab a tire that was just sitting by the tire machine. The first tire was fine, but the second tire he installed wasn’t. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got on the highway back to Maryland. The tire clearly has a flat spot or defect and made the car unsafe to drive. This should never have been installed in the first place. I understand used tires happen in emergencies, but safety matters. Installing a tire in this condition was unacceptable.

Came to nichick for some continentals they didn’t have so they offered me some Michelins that were in almost new shape they also put my new wheels on and they also do curb rash repair and paint I will be coming back tomorrow for that service great prices great communication I will definitely use them again

Possibly the worst tire place in DC. Sold me a bad tire with screws in it and had to threaten to sue them to fix it. Honestly buy new tires, your life can depend on it. Only came here because I had a flat. Never again. The guys are rude

They are selling you dry rotted and old tires they purposely dont give you a receipt so when you return They give excuses horrible horrible service dont care about the customers and its 50 a tire thats the lowest and i have a mazda 3 you know thats little dont go there beware
