On our way to a celebration of life for my wife's mother , my alternator went out! We were thousands of miles from our home or family either direction. This company towed us to their shop I'm a timely fashion where we were sweating on the side of the freeway, got our car in for service and replaced our alternator all within a few hours of their closing time despite being busy as it was. We were sp grateful for this company and recommend their fair rate and great service with 5 stars!

Bottom line up front: They absolutely saved the day! My family of 5 were in the middle of a cross-country military move, and were driving on I-64 when our car began misfiring and shaking. We pulled into town and called the shop, and they took us in immediately. Within 2.5 hours, they got our car on a lift, the problem was diagnosed, parts ordered, and finished with the vehicle running like new. You read that correctly- 2.5 hours that began with me thinking we were stranded, and ended with us getting back on the road! We were also able to make it to our destination for the day which saved us over $200 by not having to cancel our AirBNB reservation. Gents, you were kind and professional, and your communication was on point. Thank you so much!
