A first class experience! Through my own fault I made a dumb mistake with my truck's fuel, and ended up having to limp home. The truck very quickly quit working. Never having had to call for an emergency mechanic I was not sure where to start. I called one company but had to leave a message. I then called NBA and was told to bring it in. Long story short, I got it towed over, they dropped the tank, removed the offending liquid and had it up and running, all within a couple of hours! I was truly impressed by the service.

I’ve owned a couple of diesel trucks and been to plenty of diesel shops over the years, but nothing has impressed me as much as New Braunfels Automotive. Their scheduling is top notch. When I drop my truck off, they actually work on it the same day. They always call with updates, walk me through what was done, and make sure I understand everything. The team is super friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about doing quality work. I recommend them all day, every day!

Recently moved to the area and needed work done on my car after neglecting it for some time…I believe I spoke with Kevin, he’s professional and knowledgeable- car fixed and I’m happy. Will definitely return and be more proactive with my cars maintenance.
