Absolutely would not Ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I stopped in to look at buying a used Jeep. 2014 to be exact. Price was a little high for what it was but I didn't want to spend alot and it was really nice for the year. Front tires were very low tread and I told them that it would need tires. They said that they could do that but that it actually had numerous things wrong when they took it in trade and they had a very expensive worksheet of what had been done to it to get the maintenance back up on it so they were unable to work much at all on the price. (Seals in the front and rear ends and such). I ultimately decided just to go ahead and buy it because it seemed as if it was pretty nice. I went in with my own pre-approval. Tommy was great. He worked with me and got exactly what I wanted. I have bought several cars in the past and he was by far the fastest and most pleasant. Also, the financing guy was amazing. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle, it was worth the hour and a half drive for me to get there.

What a great dealership I wish I would have found them many years ago. The customer service is just fantastic. Matt the Service Manager and Scott the New Car Sales Manager are both one of a kind. You could not ask for better people to work with. I was in the dealership several times and I did not hear not one negative comment from any employee. They are more like family than a team. After several visits I ended up purchasing a 2024 Jeep Gladiator at a great price and I love it. I want to thank Matt and Scott for a truly great experience.

I worked with Will in the collision department. He was very kind and even met me in Xenia to pick up my jeep for rust repair so I wouldn't have to drive to New Carlisle. I live south of town and I will never take my jeep to the dealership in Centerville. Will took care of me and went above and beyond. Very grateful.

I cannot express how pleased I am with the entire Service Department and especially Will Lyons in the Collision Department. I dropped my truck off while I was on vacation, and they changed the oil and rotated the tires (it was about 37% cheaper than a year and a half ago). I also had some minor damage to my right front fender flare and the outer edge of my bumper. Will quoted me two separate prices and told me that he would reach out to me before he went any further that the buffing repair to see if I was pleased with that - I was pleasantly surprised. The work was done by Friday when I got back from vacation and the work was EXCELLENT! He could have easily told me that it needed the deeper repair and charged me twice as much as the initial repair.
