We had an excellent experience with New Castle Auto Repair! The transmission went out on my Tahoe, leaving us scrambling to find a shop. Not just any shop - a shop with great reviews, great service, and great results. I'm SO glad we went with New Castle Auto Repair! We had the Tahoe towed there and they were able to run a diagnostic and look at it the same day (they offer a free diagnostic service, by the way - highly recommend). There was a slight delay in waiting for the transmission to be delivered and then waiting for an appointment with a dealership for programming, but that was absolutely no fault of the shop, so I cannot be upset about that. Really appreciate New Castle Auto who did a great job of squeezing my car in for a last minute appt for an oil change and tire rotation. They even got my inspection done and identified an issue with my serpentine belt. All fixed and ready to go! And all in enough time for me to still make my lunch date in Pittsburgh that afternoon!

Super friendly! They got me in for a state inspection and took care of my brakes the very next day and hada convenient drop box for drop off and pick up. Very happy!

I’ve been using this shop for about 6+ months. I have enjoyed walking into there shop knowing my vehicles were going to be taken care of. Receptionist is friendly and inviting. Always upfront with prices and timing. Keeps me updated on vehicles status and let’s me know of any issues they find. They never do anything without calling me first and always give me options. I would recommended them to anyway looking for an honest and reasonable shop.

Traction sensor went out left front. Had to replace the bearings. Did it the same day appreciate that needed your car so far everything works fine. We’ll use them again.
