New City Nissan Service

Overall, Nissan has never disappointed me. Dominic gave me no pressure and only heard my request. He did all he could to meet my request, and I’m sorry I didn’t make it easy…but he didn’t give up….he gave me time, showed me other options and always got me answers! Then when I saw exactly what I wanted he was able to get the deal as close as I wanted it! I know I can’t get all that I wanted but Dominic and Manager Brandon was able to get it super close to where I wanted it. Finance manager JJ was also make sure my new car would be taken cared of with all the warranty and services needed to keep the vehicle in good condition. In the end they took care of me rather than just wanting my money! Definitely will come again to purchase a family car that I’ve been wanting to get!!!

My vehicle completely died out at an intersection, coasted safely to the road shoulder. Had my car towed to New City Nissan. They found stored codes for failed camshaft position sensor. Also, one rear axle seal was leaking and starting to saturate the rear brake shoes. They also noticed wipers chattering. And my needing an oil change. I was given quotes and agreed to having the entire job done. Kudo's to the service manager, Chandler and his entire team!! I appreciate the team checking out my entire vehicle and advising accordingly.

My service advisor Gavin was helpful and informative. Helps me to understand the work that is being performed at each appointment.

My expectation with Nissan is always a quality workmanship and clean shop. My Quest came back with A/C work and although my van is 10 years old, they seem to manage to get it working back to normal. My experience with Nissan is always a "Gold" star.

They were able to work with my schedule and fit me in when I needed them. It turned out to be an easy fix, but I didn't know that. Thank you for caring!
