I purchased a 2014 BMW X3 for $10,000 from Nick in June. Less than three months later, the vehicle wouldn't start. I took it back to New Concept and they determined the issue was the timing chain. Michael informed me that they were unable to make the repair. I took the vehicle to Main Line BMW in Ardmore, Pa. They discovered that the reason there was a problem with the timing chain (not to mention a slew of other issues) is because when New Concept replaced the alternator belt they didn't bother cleaning up the debris left by the broken belt. The debris got caught in the engine, which caused serious damage. The repairs cost $6000. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAM ARTISTS YOUR BUSINESS.

I was searching for a specific used car a Mazda CX-9 took weekend trips to visit a few used car dealers but they would sell them by time I would visit came across New Concept Inc advertising a 2014 Mazda Cx9 Grand Touring went to check it out in person fell in love with the car drove like a new car in excellent condition! If you're in the market for a good used car I would definitely recommend New Concept Inc they keep a good selection of used cars in very good condition . I bought a 2017 Mitsubishi here on September 2024. Nick is very nice and very very helpful when I need to get New Jersey registration and plate. The NJ MVC gave me hard time on documents and Nick is very patient and provided a lot of help to me. And finally I get my new registration and plate today. Thank you so much. Best after sales service ever!!! Worth 10 stars!!! Moreover there is an old gentleman working there. He is very helpful and glad to answer your question or talk with you while you are in line waiting for something. Very nice staff and wonderful dealer!

I bought a car from this place about 2 months ago and it has been one issue after another. First, the key fob fell apart and they didn't have a spare, I had to pay a locksmith to make a new one. Secondly, whatever questions I had about any issues I had with the car I was met with rudeness and out right callousness by the two "mechanics" that work there. The car so far has had to get an oil change and I'm positive that the breaks will be needing replacement soon. Recently, I had to go to them to find out why an indicator light was on. I was met with unprofessionalism. I was actually told to look up the problem myself on Google! Then when I protested as to why would I do that when they are the mechanics, I was told to get out. My sister purchased a vehicle from this place and the car started falling apart right around driving it off the lot. These men have no respect for women, they're unprofessional and lazy. They threw her out of the dealership for complaining about the number of error messages that continued to pop up and her warranty was worthless. They take advantage of customers by pretending that they want nothing more than to exceed the needs of their customers! Avoid this establishment!
