I experienced a very minor fender bender and was recommended through a friend about this shop. I called and spoke with Mike to have my car scheduled to have it drop off and to get a little more information about the process. He answered every question I had and assured me I was in good hands. As I arrived, I could see different type of vehicles from your classics, run of-the-mills, to high-end luxuries. I met with Mike and his father Leo, whom thoroughly examined the damages and explained the whole repair process. These guys are amazing. We have a 12 year old but well maintained Lexus but with sun bleached roof. We want to keep it looking good. Instead of the full respray that we expected New England’s owners suggested respray of the faded areas with detailing/buffing/polishing the whole car. They included touch up on a couple of areas and cleaned the headlights of haze. We have had compliments about the car, including one neighbor who thought we had bought new!! And the price was a massive saving on quotes for full finish. Apart from the high standard or the excellent price, best part was how they treated us, like friends or family. Leo and the team at New England Auto Works are miracle workers. I towed in a badly banged up 1998 Jetta and they were able to get back it’s original appearance. Leo is a gentleman and went beyond any attention that I could expect for the condition that the car was in. He treated my with respect and courtesy even though I felt like a crazy person for what I was asking to be accomplished. And it was accomplished! I must also stress the great communication.
