I can’t into the wrong ship to get a forced regen the place I was supposed to go didn’t do Paccar motors. Walked back into Kenworth they had me in the shop within the hour. When I came in earlier they said they could get me in at 6 They saw I needed an EGR valve and they had one in stock. Said it’ll be 3 maybe 4 hours. I was out if the by 9:30. Good service and people

CB Kenworth helped with an emergency engine repair. 1 thing about chosing which shop to go to you should consider is not just the quality of the work but the quality of the customer service that you need on the front and back end of the repair. In that regard, service manager Brian and the rest of the team are 100%, both during the repair and through the minor hiccups thereafter.

I called at 7:30 on a mon. morning with a fan clutch problem. I arrived at 9:30 they got me in within a half hour as promised. I thought it was just a bad sensor. Turned out the fan clutch was worn out. They had the part in stock, also fixed a power steering hose and an air line. Got me back on the road in about 4 hrs. I would go back to these guys anytime.

These guys always seem to have what I’m looking for and the Service Department is AWSOME At working you in if you need something done !!!! GREAT JOB EVERYONE !!!!!!
