Very happy we found New England Truck Caps. We needed a hitch put on our new SUV and Keith did an amazing job. We managed to get it done quickly and perfectly. I also wanted to put a bike rack on my Solara Convertible and he was the only one who managed to get one to fit the car and I am thrilled with the outcome. I bought a roof rack from them for my old Honda and called back to get a conversion kit from Keith. He told me to call back because he was busy and when I did call back, I mistakenly told him the wrong information and then corrected it with him. I had not been on the phone for more than 5 min at that time. He told to call the manufacturer directly because he did not have time to deal with me. I politely told him that I had done that at other places, and I apologize for giving him the wrong information, but I would appreciate if he could help me and have them ordered today. I had already spent over 500$ with him and would like to order something else and as a customer I would like to have help.
