TLDR: Great experience getting an Engine replacement. I usually wait a few weeks for reviews like these, so my review is solid. My experience with New Era was seamless, smooth, easy. When I found this shop it was 1 on a long list to call, with many shops not even working on engines. On the very first call Ishmael communicated clearly, precisely and explained possibilities. He was upfront about being license & insured but not at all insulted that I asked!! He offered to come check the vehicle out, which he did. He explained our options in an easy to understand way, offered recommendations & options. He sounded knowledgeable and what he told me was in line with my own personal research. Wanted a unbiased opinion before bringing my car back to dealership for repairs, and to make sure it was safe to drive long distance in between that time. Got me in quick, told me i could bring it the next morning! Inspected my car, Was easy to talk to Gave me some good advice. Will bring my cars back in the future for sure.

Called first thing in the morning to see if they could replace our battery because it was in a tough spot and he was able to get us In and out within 30mins and was very reasonably priced! Highly recommend and would definitely go back if further work was ever needed!

Great prices! Great customer service. He’s able to be contacted through call or text. He’s even open on Sunday's which is great for those who need their vehicle throughout the weekday for work. He will call before he start working on your vehicle to notify you about the issue and pricing. Dropped my car off Friday evening and picked it up early Saturday morning. It’s running and sounding great.
