Everything was excellent! Just had the guys at NGP install some BC racing coilovers onto my GTI and the whole process was amazing. The customer service was great and helped with any and every question I had, they didn’t overcharge when I asked them to install a skid plate, and overall the prices were reasonable. Highly recommend working with NGP!

My car’s currently at NGP for an intake manifold and intercooler install. Midway through the job, they called to offer walnut blasting since the manifold was already off; turning a normally $1,100 service into $225. No push or up-sell, just smart timing and transparency. Their prices are definitely on the high end, but you see why. You’re paying for sharp work, platform-specific knowledge, and a team that pays attention to what actually matters. That level of service is rare, and honestly, worth the premium. Work’s still in progress, but I already feel confident I brought it to the right shop.
