I have loved living here for three years now. I feel safe and secure. Nicole is knowledgeable, caring, and kind. Elvis the maintenance super is always there when you need him. He goes above and beyond. Butch the cleaner is excellent. The building is always clean and well kept. I may be a little bias, he is my husband! I have and will continue to recommend people living here.

Nicole, Elvis and Butch are the best! Everything is well maintained and clean. They respond rapidly to the littlest concern. The common areas are bright and welcoming. There are activities for anyone who choses to participate. The apartments are well appointed and generous in size. The location is close and convenient to anything you might want. I absolutely love living here! I have been here a year now and the best part about here beyond a gorgeous living space, is Nicole and Elvis! I have never seen anyone work as hard as these two. If there is an issue, they literally drop what they are doing to help you. This place has so many amenities. From a gym to a game room. It truly is a fantastic community. Butch works here too and keeps things nice and clean and is willing to help no matter what. I can't imagine there being anything else that you would need. Oh and one more thing, there is birthday cake 🎂 every month to celebrate someone's birthay! How awesome is that! So bring your pet and come meet everyone.

The rent is remarkably reasonable, especially when compared to other options in the New Hartford area, which tend to be expensive and lack amenities. I have been doing the ceramic classes at New Hartford Square Apartments for several years and have met some amazing residents. Classes are held in their community room which is always clean and climate appropriate for the season. New Hartford Square is a beautiful extremely well maintained facility, the maintenance staff goes above and beyond for the residents to make sure that things stay safe for everyone. Nicole the facility manager is beyond caring and pleasant with everyone. I’ve overheard her asking if someone was ok since she had not seen them. That is a person that cares about people and not just doing the office work her job requires I enjoy my Wednesday afternoons there every week seeing my ceramic friends
