New Holland Auto Group Service Department

Michele and the others working at the Dodge Ram service area were really helpful in getting me set up for warranty work on my truck. They were outstanding in their customer service. I needed a loaner during bad weather and my warranty work and they made sure I had a vehicle to use. I had to bring my vehicle in twice for two separate issues and both times the service was excellent. I appreciated their courteous, timely and personable service.

My husband and I recently purchased tires for our Ram truck. We took advantage of their awesome sale, buy 3 get one for $1. Sales advisor Kaitlyn was very friendly and helpful. She did an awesome job showing us multiple tire brands to choose from that would suit our needs. She took the time to provide prices for each kind, and to provide the totals for the set, including installation. This was a huge help in deciding which ones we wanted to purchase. She ordered what we wanted. We made an appointment with her, and the whole process went very smoothly.

Our family has bought 2 cars from New Holland Auto Group over the years. When we lived in closer we also used them for regular maintenance. The sales people have always been friendly and patient during the purchase process. They also answered our questions and worked with our schedule. They work with several banks for financing to get a good rate. Their prices are fair for the current automobile market and they generally have a good selection. The maintenance department has always done good work in an efficient time line. Overall they are a nice dealership experience.

Took my car for the State Inspection and Oil Change on Thursday at New Holland Auto Group Service Department. The service was excellent. My vehicle was taken in within 5 minutes of arriving. The service representative William Houck also went above and beyond what was expected to help me get the state inspection part of the service completed along with a free car wash, coffee, and tire rotation.

My girlfriend brought her 2010 Prius into this service center to get her car inspected and her headlight looked at under a potential recall. When we dropped the car off no lights were on the dash and the car was running well. The next day she received a call saying her check engine was on and multiple other problems were found. They said that they would clear the code for $170, which is obviously a rip off. When we got there we were not able to check the dash as we were talking to the lady at the front counter, when the young guy up front overheard how much clearing the code would cost. He cleared the code for free so she could drive the car 50 miles to see if the light would come back on. I told the tech that maybe the cold triggered the engine light although I am still skeptical of that
