New Holland Quickie Lube

Seems every time I go to this service center I wait over 2+ hours. Even if I just get an oil change. I recently took my car to get an oil change and was told that my car was leaking oil, but I never noticed any signs of an oil leak. I made an appointment for a diagnosis for the following Friday. The next day after my oil change I noticed that my fog light on my drivers side was out of place. I called the service center and made them aware, the lady I spoke to on the phone said that they could most likely put it back in place when I came in on Friday. When I arrived Friday I showed the jeep rep the light that was out of place, he insinuated that my car hit something and there was a crack on the inside of where my head light sits and that it was damaged on the light. I brought my 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser into the New Holland Auto Group Quickie Lube today, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Jeff, my service advisor, and the rest of the team were incredibly professional, accommodating, and efficient. The service was completed quickly, the pricing was very competitive, and the facility itself is top-notch — clean, comfortable, and well-run. Overall, a terrific experience from start to finish. Update on my review: I had given them a 5 star initially, and decided to change it one. After few days of service, I decided to check the oil level in my car. The dip stick is showing almost half inch above the max level. I took the car back and told them to drain it and make sure the oil level is between min and max. They got multiple "certified" mechanics to look at it. They said "this is normal". When I asked the mechanic, why there is a min and max dot? He didn't wanted to say anything about it. They sent me out with doing nothing, they didn't put the oil to a normal level. I told them, I will hold you liable for any issue that come up because of the high oil level. They just stayed quiet. I want New Holland Auto to take responsibility for the mistakes their employees do. My original
