New Holland Toyota Parts Department

This is a review not for a dealership itself but for a specific employee from parts dept. I didn't catch his name ( the first few seconds of the call got cut out ) , but I attempted to call Aug 30th around 4 10 pm to get prices for some parts , had to ask several times if I have reached the parts department (since I have been given incorrect phone number previously) until I got a clear "yes". Okay , now I be given the gentleman my last 8 of the vin and first thing I asked for was ATF . i waited and waited on the phone , I muted my phones mike not to annoy the guy on the other end with kids screaming "baby shark". I don't know what exactly his issue was but for some unknown reason call just got disconnected . I wasted 10 min talking to an unpleasant guy in sales for what ? I didn't even get
