I had a fantastic experience with New Hope! I had been shopping for a Lexus CT200h to serve as a daily driver for months when I spotted a 2014 F Sport online at their dealership. It had high miles but it's a Lexus, after all, so I wasn't intimidated by that. Since it's a hybrid, I wanted it checked out by a shop capable of evaluating its hybrid battery life, and I asked New Hope if they could run it down to Thompson Toyota to have them complete a pre-purchase inspection. They agreed, and it passed with flying colors. I found a company to ship the car up to me, as I live 3 hours away, and bought the car sight unseen. Every step of the purchase was straightforward and stress-free. Thank you so much, guys -- I am in love with my little car!

Mickey mouse business whose word means nothing. They tell you one thing and do another. I didn’t even purchase anything so it just goes to show my anger isn’t even tied to the money. More context: Amazing business man Gianni and I spoke over the phone about a car. We had a handshake agreement in place and I was in the process of getting the money. Gianni, the A+ business guru that he is, said over the phone that a deposit was not necessary at this point. His words. Now you see, this was a classic mistake by me, it’s not like I buy a car weekly. The following day he sells the car from under me. There is no ill will there, but slimy business is slimy business. Just know who you’re dealing with.

Fair, Honest, and Forthcoming used Car Dealers. They dispense with the nonsense, are more than willing to work with you closing a legitimate sale, and once said legitimate sale is in motion they go above & beyond to expedite closing. 10/10 would recommend. After fixing all of "High Brass Auto REPAIRS" (junkyard coil packs, four different kinds of spark plugs, broken tabs/ Harnesses /connectors / literally every kind of plastic engine component you can think of, doing a proper diagnosis and replacing the passenger side top flap servo motor with calibration, & A few minor bolt-ons this car. Absolutely rips. Thanks again Mark and James! You guys are the best!

Purchased a vehicle recently from New Hope Auto Sales and could not be happier. The gentlemen at the dealership are honest and straight-forward, all vehicles are hand selected to provide the customer with the best possible experience. Forty years in business at the time of this review is a testament to this fact. I actively search New Hope Auto Sales inventory on a monthly basis as I prefer to shop what they currently have available. Highly recommend.

This review is almost a year and a half over due!! I bought a 2013 Chevy Camaro in December of 2022. The car has ran great ever since, the only thing it’s gone to the mechanic for is oil changes and annual inspection. I paid around $12K after taxes and dealer fees, a fair price at the time. The dealer was even willing to offer a 6-month warranty per my request, which I declined after being informed of the additional cost. I chose this dealer because they happened to have the exact make, model, year, mileage, and price I was looking for. That being said, I would gladly buy from them again in the future should my needs match their inventory. Thank you New Hope Auto Sales! P.S.
