New Horizon RV

We live and work from home full time in our 40' Innsbruck RV. New Horizon RV has been our "go-to" for almost every one of our RV needs. They go out of their way to be available for emergencies and provide fair pricing for their services. We are looking forward to having them install our new gas/electric water heater! Just want to thank “New Horizon RV” and The team There. Terry, Linda, Dj and Monica! For teaching me multiple things weather it be from how to test an ac on an RV to a driving a tractor, To wiring and electrical work, Even how much money is actually worth lol. I no longer see a thing by it’s money value rather I see it as my hours of life I’m using to buy it 😂. I learned much more than that and probably more than they now. This is has abled me to save up the money for my first car! Get a head start in life. It’s sad to leave as tomorrow is my last day but I couldn’t be happier with my experience at NHRV and my joy working there! I’m gonna miss that place!

I have received two different service calls from the team at NH-RV and I could not be happier. My son lives in an older model RV that we probably got taken advantage of for purchasing but…here we are. Well the first big issue was with the toilet. It was constantly running water and also leaking. They promptly scheduled a site visit determined the issue and provided options. We chose to get a new toilet installed. They had the toilet in stock and actually with the truck. Service was excellent and professional. Very kind to me and my son who has Asperger’s. Treating us both with respect. Second visit several months later was with the air conditioners and a leak in the roof. Well when they arrived they made sure to call me in advance so I could be there with my son. These guys always get my 911 calls. Awnings, A/C units, the real important stuff. With parts in short supply, they always seem to have what I need or get it here as humanly possible! Always at a fair price, and the service and installation alway done quickly. I’ve never had a single complaint about any work they have done for me. Their work is the best anywhere and they sell the best parts and do warranty work on them all. I will always use them for all my RV repairs and maintenance. These people are the greatest

Reliable, professional and FAIR! New Horizon RV has provided fast, extremely helpful parts, supplies and experienced advice many times to us over the past few years.
