New Hub Auto Service

Been dealing with Jason for over 20 years in my family and have followed him to every shop he goes to. New hub is quick and efficient and HONEST! Which is so huge when you’re dishing out money on a vehicle. I recommend to everyone I know in the area to go there. I even live in San Diego and drive specifically to him because I trust no one else.

I called every shop and no one would fix my 2015 Kia K900. They all said I needed to go to the dealership, but I called and Jason and his team were willing to take a look at a stuck electronic parking brake. This isn't an ordinary car therefore a different scenario. They called me, miraculously got parts quickly, and fixed it in about a day or two. I was blown away. Great job and seriously great people! Just called and spoke to Jason asking if they work on a older vehicle said it depends on the person and the car. Said he's very picky. Wasn't sure if that was a joke or for real but that deterred me from wanting to continue with the conversation. I saw so many good reviews especially with working with Jason so it I was taken aback by the conversation. It's hard enough to find an honest mechanic. I guess I'll keep looking

Jason and the crew at New Hub went above and beyond my expectations. Appointment was at 8 am, Jason met me outside and welcomed me with a smile. Took some information and had the service tech come pick up the truck. Less than thirty minutes they had the problem diagnosed with an estimate. I said fix it and within the hour the technician was bringing the truck out while Jason finished the payment. Fast, affordable and courteous service.
