NEW IBERIA TIRES AND WHEELS INC

We own 4 cars and I buy all my tires from New Iberia Tires and Wheels. The service is amazing. My wife has had to go by there to have a tire checked and even she said they were very nice and helpful. The manager/owner is very knowledgeable and professional. You can't beat the service or the prices. Our rating is definitely a 5 star. Thank you for always providing excellent customer service.

After another tire store in the area refused to fix our camper trailer tire (remove a screw and plug the tire) and a second store wanted to charge us a response charge despite the fact that we were sitting at their location since they were already out on a call, New Iberia Wheel and Tire fixed us up quickly and at a very reasonable rate. Refreshing to find a place that cares and is willing to essentially drop what they are doing to get you back on the road!

Went there, to get our tires plugged to make around for a bit. PAID $20 For something that did not work, he hammered the rim, put the "plug" on it and will not refund the money. Then mentioned all after the fact that an HOUR later we called back and said it didn't last. Do not recommend, the man that owns it is very disrespectful and has major attitude. Over something they lied about!!

Letting the public know what kind of business NEW IBERIA TIRES AND WHEELS does. Went there with my tire low, they said nothing was in it that it was because my rim is bent (the rim has been bent for a while now, which normally holds air) obviously the bend had gotten worse all of a sudden today, ok. Well the guy tells me he can put a bead on it and it will last. I well asked him prior to doing it, how long will it last? He assured me it would last up until I would get a nail or something in my tire, I said ok so unless I get something in my tire it will hold the air, he said yes. So I let him do for $20 AFTER assuring it would definitely work. NOT EVEN 2 HOURS LATER, my tire is going flat again!! Call him up told him I just left there not long ago, asked for a refund being it didn't last n

Was looking for a set of all terrain tires for my Gladiator and these people have a great price for 4 tires and had them off and on less then a hour Go buy and check them out
