I recently purchased a vehicle from New Milford Auto Group, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable team who made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. The sales staff were exceptional, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and providing great recommendations without any pressure or rush. They were transparent, honest, and patient in answering all of my questions. I also appreciated their willingness to work with my budget and find the best financing options for me

I bought my car a year ago from here, a few months later my car started experiencing minor problems. I then wanted to try trading it in so I brought the car to Subaru, they told me it was the worst case they have ever seen and my car is worth $0, has severe structural damage and it is unsafe to drive. More recently the engine started acting up, now it needs a complete new engine and it’s been in the shop for 2 weeks. I still owe $11k on this piece of junk. Would not recommend this place. Since I can’t comment back on the response, I’m editing this review. You don’t have any record of me really??? Do I need to post a photo of my payment and everything? I will if you’d like.
