The sales person Shawn was patient and very helpful and listened to my needs. The sales manager Cody was awesome with making the deal. I’m very impressed, happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to New Millennium for their next purchase. You’ll be happy!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE ⚠️ I bought a car from Stephen AutoMall Centre / New Milenium. First they delivered it with no detail (cleaning) so there was marijuana (prerolls) in the rear seat cup holder - I live in a state where it’s illegal and I’m also a mom so imagine if my children found it before I did. It’s also highly unprofessional because this used to be the vehicle that was driven by the spokesperson / NBA player Donovan Clingan and items with his name were in the vehicle. Then they redelivered it and it has a ton of lights on - “forward collision system unavailable”, “front radar blocked”, “tire pressure system unavailable” and the rider board isn’t working properly. I purchased a vehicle from Stephen AutoMall Centre / New Millennium Auto and unfortunately have had multiple serious issues with the transaction and follow-up service. At delivery, the vehicle had not been properly detailed or inspected. Marijuana pre-rolls were left in the rear seat cup holder. I live in a state where marijuana is illegal, and as a parent this was extremely concerning — my children could have discovered the items before I did. The vehicle also contained personal items associated with the prior driver, reportedly NBA player Donovan Clingan, which further indicated the vehicle had not been adequately prepared prior to delivery. Our store purchased a vehicle, and as soon as we drove it back, the engine warning light came on. We then returned the vehicle for repairs. The person in charge, named Cody Grill, told me to leave the vehicle with them because they needed to send it to a Ford authorized service center for repair. I left the vehicle with them. After waiting for one month, I called the person in charge, but he often did not answer calls or return messages, which was extremely irresponsible. He kept and made a promise and today he fulfilled it by getting me into a car that has never made me smile more. I was used to run down cars that never lasted me long and spent tons of money on maintenance. Here, they have the real deal to say the least.
