New & Used Tires

Scammers. I went to the shop with a nail on my brand new tire but suddenly I had second nail closer to the edge, thus making it un-repairable. However I decided to keep it as space tire and agreed to get used tire for $75 each. I got three used tires on my trailer. I had two brand new tires and one with nail, keeping it as spare. They charged me $20 for plugging it so I could use it as spare in case of emergency. I can’t believe one of the used tires they installed blew up 45 miles from the shop. They’re closed tomorrow so I can’t go back and I am not from Houston and was heading to Austin TX. I did not even looked at their one star reviews before pulling up. People read their reviews and stay away from them. I will call them on Monday to get a refund or dispute the charge with my bank

Avoid this shop at all costs - they are scammers! I went to this tyre shop to fix a slow puncture I already knew about, caused by a nail I had seen in my tyre for the last two days. When they removed the tyre to check it, I suddenly “had” a second nail in the same tyre. This second nail looked completely fresh, with no dirt or scratches, and did not match the wear and condition of the first one. Instead of addressing my concern, the staff argued aggressively with me for several minutes, refusing to acknowledge the suspicious fresh nail and insisting it was there all along. This made me feel dismissed and untrustworthy, like they were trying to cover up creating extra damage to charge more. Please don’t go to this shop - they are scammers who can’t be trusted with your vehicle. I recommen

I went there a few months back purchased a used tire month later it was leaking from an old plug that the tire came with, they even charged me to fix it. I went back to get a tire checked. They charge me $100 for a used tire for a three year old tire. Do not go there. All their used tires have nails , patches , plugs. And they charge you like it’s Firestone

I definitely do not recommend this place. We agreed on 10 dollars for the work done. But he went and took 15 dollars from my card. He claimed that I did not know English and that I misunderstood him. I am not stupid enough to not understand 10 or 15 dollars. He has an angry and disrespectful attitude. I am not after 5 dollars. Please do not give these thieves a chance.

Terrible customer service. I bought a tire from them and it started losing air shortly after. When I came back, they claimed there was a nail but didn’t show me any proof — just charged me again. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive. I hate this place and won’t be coming back.
