New Way Van Life

Stopped by the New Way Van Life shop because I was interested in putting their product in a potential van build! But I currently drive a truck around with a roof top tent, so I rattled off some of the ideas I had for the truck to make it more comfortable that I didn't know how to accomplish myself. As I was talking with one of the employees, Brandon, he offered to walk me through the design process and build a few of these projects from scratch in front of my eyes for a reasonable price! Just started building out my adventure van and I'm super happy with the team here. I was able to be involved in the process while trusting them to take the initiative to get it done right. We opted for a fixed rear bed because sleep is one of the most important things for me. I also wanted a floor that was easy to manage because I'm an all season camper. The fact that the floor was precision cut with their cnc is such an epic move. It's flawless! Can't wait to have them build the rest of it out when I return from my trip. I'd for sure suggest talking to the team here to outfit your adventure vehicle. They're all easy to talk to and very innovative. Thanks again!

I just wanted to give the New Way crew a huge shout out for outstanding follow-up customer service. Over the past year I’ve had some minor but sometimes puzzling issues with some of the systems. I love the EcoFlow but it has a few quirks and requires a bit of a learning curve. Also, the systems get bounced around a bit on (and especially off) the road. Whether it was a bench adjustment or a power reset, the New Way crew took care of the issue quickly with no drama – just like new. Recently on a trip in the Sierras, my van went into limp mode due to an injector nozzle electrical short. I was truly stuck, over 350 miles from home. Fortunately, the part was under extended warranty, and the New Way folks helped me through the process of dealing with Mercedes and roadside assistance. My

Ed and his team are phenomenal. Very personable, communicative, and made me feel right at home. They installed a Maxxair Fan on my F450 and it is perfect. The entire process was professional and great attention to detail. Thank you!!
