New York Powersports

Went in for my 1st service, and they were very accommodating. Rick knew I was coming from far away and took great care of me. Luis is the best tech, super friendly and highly skilled. Thank you for taking care of your customers!

Walked in expecting to just look at some bikes and browse. After speaking to the owner Rick I received a great deal and exceptional customer service. Process was fast and simple and the whole team was super easy to work with. 10/10.

Jack is a true pro. Takes his time, knows his business and is always looking to make the customer super satisfied, I AM and thanks Jack!

I have purchased many autos in my life. This was by far the most pleasant and seamless dealer purchase experience ever. I was in and out within 30 minutes to pick up my new Tuareg 660. No surprises, no BS, no heartburn. There's a reason why Jack and NY Powersports is a 5 start dealer, they have earned their rep as top tier and it's well deserved. Thanks Jack, pleasure working with you sir!

Amazing! Everything about this place is unreal. From the first phone call to picking up the bike. Finally a dealer that knows how to treat customers. No wasting time, no high pressure sales. Just nice honest people there to help. After seeing the bike in person I put a small payment down to hold it until the next day. I arrived the next morning and as promised the bike was ready and at the front door waiting for me. In and out in five minutes. No nonsense! The next day I had some trouble at the NJ DMV (no fault of NY Powersports). New Jersey was being extremely difficult and wanted another form filled out by the dealer. I drove up to NY powersports and they took care of it for me. LOVE this place!
