We bought our Toyota Prius from Toyota dealer to make sure we won’t have any problems and just 2 months later we had to fix the battery that cost $3000 and when we purchased the car I have been told we have 3 years free oil change and each time we change the oil “technicians” were calling me to inform me about other part problems. And after 5th oil change they said you don’t have any more free oil change . Repair is expensive their car is expensive and they are not respecting their customers if you really ask your questions . Toyota is a good brand but Newark location really degrades the quality of the brand

There was damage to my car as a result of someone attempting to steal it so I brought my car here for repairs. My car was at their shop for about a day and a half (business days) when I got a call letting me know I needed to sign an authorization form in order for them to begin work on my vehicle. They offered to send the form to me via email and I agreed because it was convenient at the time. I waited a few hours, no email, so I called them to let them know I had not received the email and just to make sure the correct email was used, etc. thinking there was a reasonable explanation, perhaps on my end,as to why I had not received it. The customer by the front desk was great, work on my car was pretty good too, you wouldn't think it was in an accident. During a test drive and my car reported harsh driving conditions which was by the dealership and not the collision crew according to Mike. Hope Mike and the rest try the jerky and the brisket 😋

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They fixed my car from a head on collision and then when I finally got my car back, I had to bring it back two times . The first time was for a leak where my coolant wasn’t just staying… as opposed to something being wrong with my radiator. Car was freezing and wouldn’t heat up obviously. Second time it was the same thing. But this time while I was driving on 95 my hood of the car was smoking. My car told me through a message to emergency stop and check the engine when I heard a loud explosion. They said it was just from the same thing with my radiator and coolant spilling. I was furious and had to take it back and was freezing!!!! Because the job was done wrong, My car left me stranded at night time on a highway, the day before a snowstorm, so you know it
