I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I scheduled an appointment for a "Buy 3 Get 1" tire service for my 2023 Camry Hybrid. As shown in my email confirmation and the order summary on their own website, the total price was clearly stated as $726.12, which included mounting, balancing, and installation. However, when I picked up my car, they charged me an extra $169.95 for an alignment. This service was NEVER requested, NEVER authorized, and I was NEVER informed about this extra cost beforehand. To make matters worse, I wasn't even provided with a report to prove my car actually needed it. This is a dishonest business practice. They take advantage of customers by adding expensive services without consent. I have uploaded screenshots of my original $726.12 quote to prove that

They have lost attention to detail. Now every time I bring my car in for service, and have the tires rotated, my vehicle comes back with the tires overinflated (45+ psi) & screws in my tires. The first time I thought was a coincidence. Now I'm replacing two tires that were damaged a day after having my Camry serviced there. $130.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. Pressure for five star reviews. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Recently brought in my 22’ Lexus IS 350 F Sport to get an oil change & wheel alignment. I was quickly greeted by Dave Ferguson. Extremely nice guy & was super personable. He had great communication and called me as soon as my vehicle was ready. There’s been other times that I’ve come here and had advisors treat me as if I’m wasting their time. Hopefully I’ll get Dave again next time I bring my car in. Regarding the service to provide some transparency, the oil change was $90 for full synthetic (pretty reasonable considering my car takes 7 quarts, which if I were to buy the oil on my own, it’d cost about $50, so $40 labor). The wheel alignment was $170 (not going to lie, that’s pretty high, right up there with Lexus pricing).

I have had mostly mediocre experiences at this place in the past. However, my last experience was so horrendous that I am never going to purchase a Toyota vehicle again. I am on my second Toyota, and have been generally happy with their vehicles, but I can't rely on this service center as the OEM support for something as important as my transportation. My service advisor, Jamar, was unbelievably negligent, immature, rude, and unprofessional. The fact that Toyota World has folks like this working for them is an immediate red flag. Put simply, had I dealt with a customer at my job the way he did, I would have been fired immediately. My girlfriend called to inquire about state inspection pricing, unsure of the cost/details as she does not usually get this done herself. She was told this would cost $250, an absolutely absurd price for any state, let alone one that it is free to complete at state-run centers. Be aware of pricing and get second opinions before getting service here.
