I have tried to use this place twice for detailing services, with two different cars, and both times I drove away without getting the service done. The website prices are a certain amount, like seats and carpet for $79, and yet when I show up they quoted me $250. When asked about the prices, they mentioned that the site lists "starts at"prices (which i acknowledge is the fine print)... but my question was, what car would start at the website price? The answer, "a regular one" ....I took a jeep commander and a small truck, and received the $250 price for both... so then I asked, what if I just wanted the bare minimum? There was zero budging. I've been a loyal customer for several months, getting the "works" or "ultimate wash" every month, but unfortunately, the quality of service has significantly declined over the past six months. Every time I go, my car consistently has water marks, is covered in dirt, and the inside is never properly vacuumed and the door jams are left untouched. The interior is often left wet, and the windows are still dusty—sometimes I honestly feel like my car comes out dirtier than when it went in. I tried addressing the issue by calling to speak to someone, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. A rude girl, who I assume works at the front desk, answered and was completely unhelpful. I have been a customer for years. My experience recently made me cancel. I waited for almost an hour just because I have extra service than others. I pay for my extra service. I expect to be in and out a yr a decent time. The manger was rude, un friendly and un professional.

I had a great experience at Car Wash Spa thanks to Hailey. She was extremely helpful in guiding me to the right car wash for my needs. She was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable about what each wash included and how it would benefit my car. She was so nice that I ended up bringing my husband’s car back the same day for both an oil change and a car wash. It’s refreshing to have someone take the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. Hailey’s excellent customer service really made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great job on the detail and awesome price. First interior deep clean since buying the car in 2024 and looks good as new. Definitely coming back in the spring for another detail
