Dropped off 2013 Toyota Tacoma and reviewed their diagnosis. Actuator switches in the transmission needed to be replaced. They also told me the front actuator was leaking. They charged me 3800 for the repair. When I picked up the vehicle they said the front actuator was still leaking. Instead of replacing the 150.00 part they told me that would have to be another job. I couldn’t believe that knowing that part was leaking, after a 3800.00 repair they did nothing about the other actuator. Prior to telling them to complete the repair, and them telling me about the other actuator leaking, they were very unprofessional and nasty and never took care of the front actuator. Very poor repair shop and like I said there service department rep was very nasty.

This is our 6th vehicle from Newburgh Toyota and we travel across the river because of their customer service! Highly recommend Frank, Joe in finance and Eduardo in sales!!
