Alex and his crew helped us out so much! We were in town from NC and needed new tires in a pinch. Alex got us in within a few days and got us the best tires for our SUV. My family has been going to Newbury Tire for as long as I can remember and they always exceed expectations in customer service, price and quality!

Newbury Tire is great! Very well priced. I had an appointment scheduled and for four new tires and some rim work, I was out in less than one hour! Great waiting room, desk to work at, clean, good music and tv playing movies. Everyone was really friendly too.

So helpful, I definitely recommend this place. I was on a trip away from home and my front axle went out. I had it replaced and needed a front end alignment ASAP. I called Newbury Tire and explained my situation, straight away Alex said I can get you in at 9:30 am! I was so grateful. The process took about an hour and it was done. Also they explained everything to me after the process was completed. They are very thorough! If I am ever here in the Middlefield area and need tires, a flat fixed or an alignment! You bet this is where I am going!

There is not another place we would trust and take our business! We have personal, farm and business vehicles and NT NEVER disappoints! The service and quality are incredible! Alex is an amazing business man, Kelly is always pleasant and helpful. The boots on the ground guys behind the scenes know thier stuff!! What a great success story in the community!!!
