Newins Bay Shore Ford Inc Service

I would never return back to Newins ford or recommend anyone to go there the, I’ve been using them for three years and when I brought it in for a noise that had nothing to do with the issue I was told that the battery was fried and and it honestly felt like I was obligated to do so, and I had told them to do it when I realized the price I was advised that I should’ve known that I had two batteries in my car, which is crazy because when I purchased a vehicle as a lease, that’s not something that is talked and discussed about and then getting three different prices and the outcome becoming an extensive amount. It was ridiculous. I wasn’t offered a rental. I was always constantly calling for follow ups and I would never get a follow up. Call back into the following day and my car was with the

Giving them a star because I can't give anything less. Had an 11:30 am appointment today for The Works that was booked last week. My wife brought the truck in and was told they won't take the truck until 1 because they go to lunch at 12pm WHAT!!!!! Why is there even an 11:30 appt and does EVERYONE in service go to lunch at the same time???? Never again!!!!

Came in for an oil change "the works". I was here for 2.5 hours when they said they were done. Noticed before leaving these guys cut me short on what was to be done by not inspecting my tires, not rotating tires, and not filling them up with air, which is part of what I paid for. The mechanic falsified the multi-point inspection, stating everything was done. When asked about the topping off the fluids, they said it's only the washer fluid they top off. It took them an extra 25 minutes to handle what they didn't do, this place wasn't busy either. If you think you're getting a deal from this location, think again. I don't recommend this location. You have been warned.

Very satisfied with the service department. They had my vehicle in and out in a timely matter. The service manager Ken was extremely helpful and kind and also Doug the service writer was great he updated me and stayed in contact about my truck. I double checked if my over sized tires had been rotated and my fluids were topped off and everything was done as advertised. Highly recommend this shop. I will be back.
