Newmoyer Mercedes was so wonderful, patient & helpful any time I brought my SUV there. I always felt like Ryan was being diligent in my repairs/service, and the cost was very reasonable. Diane was always very responsive & accommodating with my schedule. I highly recommend Newmoyer Mercedes to anyone with a Mercedes.

Ryan has worked on my vehicles in the past. I moved away from the area, and it had been some time since Ryan serviced my vehicles. I purchased a vehicle in my new area, and it needed servicing. I tried a local shop in the Kinston area but was not pleased with the results. My car was in the local shop from Feb 7 to April 4 with no work being done on the car despite countless communications to the contrary that progress was being made. I had the car towed to Newmoyer Mercedes, and within a week the car was ready. Ryan did an excellent job, and the ride home was enjoyable and restored my confidence in the car and Ryan's team. I've been a customer for about a year or so now. I recently experienced an issue with my SL550 on the way back from Raleigh and called Newmoyer's for advice. Diane was very helpful in explaining I was ok to drive the car to their shop. Once I arrived, Ryan immediately did a diagnostic and determined the issue. They placed an order for the part and installed it the next day. I can't thank Ryan and Diane enough for their response to my concern. I highly recommend their shop for Mercedes service.

Had a pre purchase inspection done and was very happy with the service. Friendly, professional and very reasonable. I didn’t buy the car based on what was found during the inspection. Saved me a lot of money and lots of headaches.

Newmoyer looked over my used CLK320 convertible that I had just purchased to make sure everything looked sound. They also fixed a few minor issues I was having with the car. They did an awesome job fixing the issues and gave me peace of mind in taking my car on a longer road trip (thankfully nothing wrong with the car!). All in all they charged under $300 for a complete diagnosis of the car and to fix the couple of minor issues I was having with it (no parts required). I was worried about buying an older Mercedes due to the fear of expensive repairs. Newmoyer has eased those fears as what they charged me was less than I was anticipating AND they know the brand inside and out. I will hopefully not need them anytime soon, but when I do, Newmoyer will be my only stop. Thank you!
