Newport Lexus Service Center

I arrived by appointment and waited almost three hours to get a recall! The guy said he'd let me know when the car was ready, so I waited in the lobby! But after three hours, I decided to go out and ask when the car would be ready, but it turned out no one had even approached me. I was forced to leave without any results, ruining my mood and my day.

Dennis is the best service personal here that I had the pleasure of working with. Great customer service. Would be happy to work with him again. The other guy there - not so much, unfriendly and was trying to go against my reservation, whilst reviewing my reservation he asked me "are you going to wait here" for a service that was going to take more than several hours. I already have arrangements for a loaner, why are you asking me this. He was borderline rude and very unfriendly. I dont know his name but he's an older gentleman with white hair. Completely unacceptable treatment. You'd be at a misfortune to have him be your service representative - go talk to Dennis instead if you don't want to be disappointed.

Joey is an amazing service rep. I have worked with him for general maintenance twice and also new tires. He is very thoughtful and efficient. Not pushy and he focuses on doing right by the customer. Super efficient and trustworthy.

I had my driver's power seat rail broken so I had it repaired at the dealership on April 7 under warranty. Your repairman damaged the paint and plastic trim on my car during the repair process. It's really bad that this happened! Your maintenance technicians are terrible. They damaged the paint next to my door when they replaced the electric slide rail of my seat, but the maintenance staff or the manager did not proactively tell me and directly delivered the car to me. I saw the damage to my car myself. This is a very serious defect. How can I file a complaint with Lexus head office? Thank you

I recently visited the Lexus dealership in Newport Beach and was impressed by the service attitude of the staff, particularly Sean. Although I’m not very knowledgeable about car maintenance, I prioritize top-notch service, and Sean was more than patient in assisting me with my car’s needs. From now on, I’ll be relying on Sean to take care of my car’s maintenance. Thank you, Sean!
