Although there are not many reviews I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Customer service was on point and the knowledge provided on what exactly my issue was, was perfect. They care about their customers opinions and what is best for your vehicles!

As of now Feb 2025, not happy...took in my truck in Oct 2024 and has been going back since. 4th visit and still not repaired correctly!

English and Spanish (See Below) Nine Months and still a non working transmission. If you are in the Dallas area do yourself a favor and avoid this shop. 8.26.2023 I paid the remaining balance on the rebuild of a 48RE on my 2006 2500 only to discover that the my transmission shifted hard and slipped. Not only that it also leaked. After only 500 miles I was told to bring it back in and the issue will be resolved. I got my truck back on 2.2.2024 After being told the issue was resolved. Only to discover this morning reverse dose not work and it is leaking fluid on my driveway. The a warrantee was for 12K miles and I got less than 1000 miles before failure agian. Omar Media should not be allowed to tarnish the form owner name in the manner he as when it was Ramos Transmissions. DO NOT TRUST THE
