Extremely impressed with Next Jump’s staff, service, and work. Pat, Cedric, and Hunter were great to work with and did an excellent job fabricating custom brackets for an out-of-production roof rack. Can’t recommend them enough and will certainly be back for future modifications!

When no other shop wanted to go through the agony of lifting my 93 f250. I called next jump outfitters and they were more than willing to help me out. They went the extra mile in every aspect. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Update Below I had a deeply frustrating and ultimately unsafe experience with Next Jump Outfitters. They installed the wrong components on my truck, I had to make two separate trips back to Tacoma to try to get the issues corrected — but the problems were still not resolved. Major concerns: • The technician kinked my fuel system fill hoses, making it impossible to fill without cutting into my hoses. • The airbag suspension was installed incorrectly, and when it failed, it left my truck inoperable. • I had to take the truck to a different shop to have the suspension job redone properly — an added expense and inconvenience I shouldn’t have had to deal with. Awesome experience and awesome people. I brought in my 2018 4Runner in to get a lift kit and rear bumper installed. The customer service was paramount, in regards to helping find the right setup for my truck which made the entire process pretty painless. I couldn’t be happier with the work they put in to help me build my dream car. They even stayed past their closing hours to make sure the job was done on the arranged time. I can not overstate how friendly and professional the experience was. I highly recommend them for any outfitting you’re thinking of getting on your rig.

Next Jump has done a lot of custom modifications to our 2022 Northern Lite truck camper over the past couple of years. They always go above and beyond with customer communication, flow up, and service quality. We recently had them upgrade us with a new weboost antenna booster, an additional port to add extra modular solar panels that double our built in solar, and a new sink fixture and camper detail (I’m lazy). Everything works great! Will keep using next jump for all our custom work
